| Objective: to study the Salvianolate to prevent patients with deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT) after gynecologic surgery effect. Methods:100cases aged45patients withgynecological surgery were randomly divided into treatment group (30cases) and treatmentgroup (70cases)， prospective comparison of preoper ative3days、postoperative3dayspatients’ D-dimer，prothrombin time，partial thromboplastin time and fibrinogen..Andrecord the limbs swelling，bleeding wound with and without clinical symptoms. Results:InSalvianolate group， the platelet count， D-dimer and fibrinogen decreasedsignificantly， which was more remarkable in slavianolate group compared with blankcontrol group．(P＜0.01). Conclusion: Salvianolate could reduce the fibrinogen andplatelet aggregation rate. It is the safe and effective for prevention of deep venousthrombosis in patients after gynecologic surgery. |
