Suggestion caught researchers’attention since scientific psychology established.In the late19th century, suggestion was the first role on explaining hypnotic phenomena, which got it the entrance ticket of the psychology mainstream. As experimental research became the main research methods of psychology, suggestion present quite rich connotation. Experiment study, however, also shrinking rich connotation of suggestion phenomenon by positivism. This aroused many therapists’strong opposition, and making them to adhere to the clinical application orientation. Unfortunately, ushered in the development of psychology, cognitivism was put in center position, to continue holding the centralization of consciousness. And so suggestion, that implicated many phenomenons which is difficult to explain by cognitive psychology, was excluded from the mainstream of psychology, only a few clinical therapists’support.At present, suggestion is treated as a kind of uncontrollable additional variables. It includes biological factors, cognitive factors and social factors. To a certain extent, it gets rid of the blind pursuit of positivism. In the field of counseling psychology and psychotherapy, the therapeutic value of suggestion, through the technical status, is integrated used in different psychological therapy. Suggestion treatment, however, exist a shortage in deep, that is separation of body and mind under the dualism, and so conscious and subconscious is. Suggestion treatment technology is too multifarious to make a unified operation.In order to solve the disadvantages of suggestion treatment, we should consider the psychotherapy integration movement, standing in a postmodern perspective, reconstructing the existing theory of suggestion treatment. Psychology, every time to obtain new development relied on new methodology from transverse disciplines. So, embodied cognition provides a more complete theoretical basis for the integration of suggestion treatment. And as one of the most important subject of cognitive psychology, implicit cognition, namely the key components of suggestion treatment, is a kind activity of unconscious in fact. Unconscious’ strong adaptive capability is verified. Integrated suggestion treatment, obtained the effective validation of clinical practice, satisfactory results have been achieved. Even more, made a new development in current China psychological treatment, suggestion treatment was again into a integrated model across genres, namely "cognitive suggestion relaxation therapy".
