Objective: Research of ischemic stroke patients recurrence of cerebral that therelationship with COX-2gene promoter fragment G765C single nucleotide geneticpolymorphisms of aspirin resistance.Methods:①137patients with ischemic stroke who were in patient at NO1hospital of nahua university,75of them are men,62are women, their ages are from45to80, the average age is59.07±8.36years, They were taken oral aspirin100mg/day. These137patients,29cases(male18, female11) for ischemic cerebralapoplexy between half to1year after hospitalized in stable, their ages are from47to78, mean age60.97±6.26. Platelet aggregation by adenosine diphosphate(ADP)induction method were conducted for137patients when they were hospitalized orafter taking aspirin for7days. The COX-2G765C single nucleotide polymorphismwere examined by PCR.②With the ADP incluced platelet aggregation rate of70%,patients were divided into the aspirin resistance(AR) group and aspirin sensitive(AS)group. The age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting plasmaglucose, PLt, HDL, LDL, WBC, RBC, gender, diabetes were compared between theAR with the AS groups, to discussion AR clinical related factors.Result: The137patients with ischemic cerebral stroke disease taking a daily doseof100mg of aspirin. The rates of aspirin resistance were24.09%(33patients), theprevalence was similar in male and female, and incidence of diabetes, and age, andsystolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure, and fasting blood glucose, andPLT, and LDL and HDL, and WBC, and RBC in each tow groups. Of the29cases, therates of aspirin resistance were68.97%, the prevalence was similar in male andfemale, and incidence of diabetes, and age, and systolic blood pressure, and diastolicblood pressure, and fasting blood glucose, and PLT, and LDL and HDL, and WBC, and RBC in each tow groups. There were no significant differences in the genotypedistribution and allele frequency of-765G>C SNP between two groups(p=0.970,p=0.827) of the137participants. There were no significant differences in thegenotype distribution and allele frequency of-765G>C SNP between twogroups(p=0.881, p=0.664) of the29participants.Conclusion:①. The occurrence of AR with the patient’s age, gender structure, diabetes, fasting blood glucose, triglycerides and LDL and HDL level no significantcorrelation.②.COX-2G765C single nucleotide polymorphism may be no related toAR who in ischemic stroke patients and ischemic stroke patients with recurrent.
