Objective: To explore protective role of Levosimendan injection on myocardiumreperfusion injury during cardiopulmuonary bypass of valves replacement surgeriesamong patients who suffer rheumatic heart diseases. Methods: A total of60patients who suffered rheumatic heart diseases and acceptedvalves replacement surgeries were divided randomly into control group and treatmentgroup, including30patients for each of them.Patients in treatment group were usedwith Levosimendan injection0.2ug/kg/min through intravenous drip for24hours afteranaesthesia, while control group is used with the same dosage of physiological salineand other experimental situation was unchangeable.Blood samples were drawn from theright internal jugular vein at the following intervals:before induction of anesthesia(T1),1hour after declamping of aorta(T2),8hours after declamping of aorta(T3),24hours afterCPB(T4),48hours after CPB(T5),72hours after CPB(T6).The concentration of TroponinI (cTnI), lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH), Creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) inplasma level were measured.Results:LDH,CK-MB,cTnI in treatment group were significantly lower than those incontrol group at T2,T3,T4,T5andT6(P<0.05),meanwhile recovery rate of hearts in groupC is higher than group R significantly. Conclusion:Levosimendan injection can provide protective effect on myocardiuminjury during CPB.
