Objective:Preoperative and postoperative detection point detection serum albumin concentration and serum leukocyte interleukin6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-α) intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), histamine (HIS), Interleukin-2(IL-2) concentration; intravenous injection of rhodamine isothiocyanate the B (RBITC) labeled bovine serum albumin (BSA), then dynamic observation of rabbit mesenteric microvascular albumin leakage, and calculate themicrovascular albumin permeability by laser confocal microscope; observed rabbit pulmonary, mesenteric, intestinal microvascular endothelial cell gap changes by transmission electron microscopy.To explore the rabbit minor abdominal postoperative the existence of microvascular albumin leakage and microvascular albumin leakage possible mechanism.Methods:36rabbits were randomly divided into control group (6) and surgical group (6h,12h,24h,48h,72h each6). Control group will not do the surgery, the surgical group underwent jejunum cut off the anastomosis, after all rabbits were calories and other the nitrogen nutritional support, calorie150kcal from glucose and fat, respectively,70%of the heat,30%, nitrogen heat ratio of1:130. Preoperative and postoperative detection point detection serum albumin concentration and serum IL-6, TNF-a, VEGF, ICAM-1, HIS, IL-2concentration; after intravenous injection of rhodamine isothiocyanate the B labeled bovine serum albumin, laser confocal microscope dynamic observation of rabbit mesenteric microvascular albumin leakage, and to calculate the microvascular albumin permeability.Results:1. Variations of content of serum albumin:surgery group postoperative compared with the control group or the preoperative the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).2. Comparison of the rabbit mesenteric microvascular leakage rate:surgery group postoperative compared with the control group the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3. Variations of the concentration of serum inflammatory medium:(1) Variations of the concentration of serum IL-6:①The postoperative24h group compared with control group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Remaining at each time the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).②The postoperative24h,48h group compared preoperative difference was a higly statistically significant (P<0.01), Remaining at each time the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Variations of the concentration of serum TNF-a:①The postoperative24h group compared with control group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Remaining at each time the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).㏕he postoperative24h group compared preoperative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Remaining at each time the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3) Variations of the concentration of serum VEGF:The postoperative group compared preoperative or control group difference was not statistically significant.(4) Variations of the concentration of serum ICAM-1:The postoperative group compared preoperative or control group difference was not statistically significant.(5) Variations of the concentration of serum HIS:The postoperative group compared preoperative or control group difference was not statistically significant.(6) Variations of the concentration of serum IL-2:The postoperative group compared preoperative or control group difference was not statistically significant.4. Inflammatory mediators concentration and mesenteric microvascular albumin leakage rate with Pearson correlation analysis:postoperative IL-6concentration and microvascular albumin leakage rate correlation coefficient of0.490, P<0.01; postoperative TNF-alpha concentration and microvascular albumin leakage rate correlation coefficient of0.392, P<0.05.5. Mesenteric microvascular endothelial gap:no found the opened endothelial gap.Conclusion:1. Minor abdominal postoperative serum albumin concentration not decreased.2. Inflammatory mediators concentration of IL-6、TNF-awas increased, after minor abdominal24h of rabbits,other inflammatory mediators was not increased, Tip minor surgery little effect on inflammatory mediators. Minor surgery can cause a small range and slightly increased of inflammatory mediators,that maybe one of the reason of Part of postoperative fever or malaise.3. Microvascular albumin leakage change no significant seen under the Laser scanning confocal microscope and Microvascular endothelial cells connect has no abnormal changes seen under the electron microscope. Tip after of abdominal Minor surgery, no significant microvascular albumin leakage, and no plasma albumin concentration decreased.4. Microvascular albumin leakage rate within the normal range after abdominal minor surgery of rabbit, microvascular albumin leakage rate and the concentration of inflammatory mediators positively correlated also shows inflammatory mediators on microvascular albumin leakage does matter.
