Objective:This research focus on serum fibrinogen of patients with ovarian benign tumor, pelvic abscess, endometriosis, ovarian malignant tumor, with analyzing the relationship between FIB serum concentration and clinical pathological factors of ovarian benign and malignant tumors, in order to evaluate the Clinical value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Through the comparison of Platelets, D-dimer, CA125and so on, a survey of FIB in gynecological clinical significance is given.Methods:Clauss Solidification method is applied herein to analyze the301varian benign and malignant tumor patient’s serum fibrinogen. The result is shown with the type of median The range of FIB’s normal standard is2~4g/L. As for Serum HE4and CA125, they are about0-150pmoL/L and0-35U/mL. Positive is considered as serum fibrinogen. with higher value.SPSS20.0is used here to do the statics computation to judge the data are not normal distribution, and the meaning of median got from the comparison between Serum FIB and CA125.Results:1.Through the comparison of fibrinogen and D-dimer, platelets, HE4and CA125in ovarian, oviduct ovarian benign cyst abscess, endometriosis and ovarian malignant tumor, the result shows that all the four items have the difference (P<0.05), in which Serum FIB has the highest average value, and the Ovarian malignant tumor group rank the second.2.Patients with tubal ovarian abscess shows the obvious value of Serum FIB. The patient did respond to treatment with the lower Serum FIB.3.Benign ovarian cysts were served as controls to analyze the influence of Age, platelets, fibrinogen concentration, CA125, HE4, D dimer and APTT to ovarian cancer. With the method of single factor logistic regression analysis,all items are found with statistically the except APTT. While with the multi-factor logistic regression analysis, fibrinogen concentration is considered as not statistically signification.4.In the view of FIB concentration, there is a difference between kinds of malignant tumors (to the as epithelial ovarian cancer, germ cell tumor, sex cord stromal tumor, fallopian tube cancer, peritoneal cancer) with(P<0.05). Fit, the expression differences still has difference in each period (P<0.05). It is also found that abnormal is increased with the concentration of fibrinogen value, which is period don’t follow the trend of ovarian cancer with the method of trend chi-square(P<0.05).5.The FIB levels of patients with epithelial ovarian sex is closely related with surgical pathological staging and age (P<0.05). Different histologic grading has no statistically signification with plasma fibrinogen levels of Different pathological types. Fit, The concentration of fibrinogen in Ⅱ period and Ⅲ period show no statistically signification (P=0.89), while The other periods show The statistically signification (P<0.05). Through The analyzing of trend chi-square, The fibrinogen concentration is increased with The rank of epithelial ovarian cancer stage don’t. Abnormal increase gradually (P<0.05). Patients with late fibrinogen concentration is related with residual foci. In epithelial ovarian cancer fiber original concentration has no linear relationship with CA125(P>0.05).Conclusions:FIB is a stable item in lab, which is easy to corporate with other items to identify the state. It has the important meaning to the differential diagnosis. Lever of FIB has some kind of relationship with growth and metastasis of malignant tumors. The rise of FIB gives some sign to monitor the early diagnosis of metastatic tumor. monitored by epithelial ovarian cancer patients has the meaning for transferring early diagnosis to assess clinical severity.
