Study On The Relationship Between Effect Of Collagenase For Treatment The Herniation Of Cervical Disc And CT Number Of The Hernial Disc

Objective:1.Obsevring the dissolve effect of collagenase on the hernial disc w ith different CT number.2.Obsevring the the relationship between effect of col lagenase for treatment the herniation of cervical disc and CT number of the h ernial disc,and provide Objective basis for forecasting the effect of collagenas e for treatment.3、To observe the characteristic of the cervical disc herniation tre ated by collagenase chemonucleolysis.Methods:Choose75patients of herniation of cervical disc,and these patients a re adapt to use collagenase chemonucleolysis treated.And all the patients are c hecked the cervical CT and MRI before the opreation,and measure the CT va lue of the hernial disc.75patients were divided into4groups according to the number of CT value,group A CT value<70,group B CT value(70-80),group C CT value(80-90)and group D CT value>90,all the patients received Collagenas e chemonucleolysis under the guidance of the C-Arm. We followed-up the75patients for one year after the operation through the form of telephone or clini c,record VAS number and sleep hours,and evaluate the excellent ratio. Statistic al analysis the results.Results:From the preoperative observation of four groups patients with differ ent CT numbers(P<0.05),witch are the same(P>0.05) in Age, gender, height, weight, disease course, VAS score before operation. Pain and sleep quality wer e relieved in different degree.And CT number the smaller the more obvious i mprovement of pain and sleep quality(P<0.05).We also observed that the VAS score guaduately decreased,the sleep time guaduately increased after the operat ion,and all the indexes were no changeafter three month of the operation. Conclusions:1、It’s effectiveness of the cervical disc herniation treated by Collagenase chemonucleolysis.2、We have observed that the preoperative CT nu mber and treatment effect exists obvious negative correlationship,CT number ca n used as a prediction standard to the effect of collagenase chemonucleolysis.3、Pain and sleep quality were guaduately improved after the operation,and the best curative effect until three month later after the operation.
