The etiology and patho-genetic mechanisms of SLE have not been clearly elucidated. Cytokines produced by abnormal T-helper (Th) cells have been shown to be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE. This study tests level of TH17cell related cytokine interleukin17(IL-17) and interleukin-21(IL-21) expression in serum of patients with SLE by ELISA, And correlation analysis, combining with the clinical data of IL-17and IL-21role in the pathogenesis of SLE and its clinical significance. Independent.Objective:This study tests level of TH17cell related cytokine interleukin17(IL-17) and interleukin-21(IL-21) expression in serum of patients with SLE by ELISA, And analyze the relative level of cytokine IL-17and IL-21of SLE patients and chang-es in their clinical research, which with Lang No.1(Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Princi-ple is belong to Bian Tianyu, the well-known expert in Integrative Medicine skin) before and after treatment,So as to analyze the elucidating pathogenetic of SLE and to analyze the pharmacological mechanisms of the immune with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Principle.Therefore, the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of refractory diseases such as lupus erythematosus provides theoreticalbasis and new ideas.Methods:The levels of IL-17and IL-21in serum from patients with Lang NO.1and the control group before and after treatment and healthy controls was detected by ELISA; and analyze with statistical methods the side effects of glucocorticoid, labora-tory indicators, TCM score and clinical symptoms are improved or not.Results:1. ELISA test results show that IL-17and IL-21in SLE group was obviously higher than the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).2. ELISA detection results showed that the treatment group the expression of IL-17levels after6months is significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Control group6months after treatment the expression of IL-17level was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), no obvious difference between the two groups, no statistically significant (P>0.05), treatment group, the expression level of IL-21after the treatment of6months was decreased, the control group the expression level of IL-21after treatment of6months is a decrease,and there is statistical significance (P<0.05), comparing differences between two groups was no statistically significant (P>0.05)3.
