Objective:To understand the counts, mutual relations and differences ofperipheral blood T-lymphocyte, B-lymphocyte and NK cells among differentimmune states of hepatitis B chronic infection in North Guangxi. Methods:To analyze and compare the80patients in20immune tolerance cases,20immune clearance cases,20immunodeficiency(inactive)cases and20normalcontrol cases.Using the flow cytometry to detect their lymphocyte subsets andNK cells, analyzing their differences and relations. Results:About thepercentage and counts of the immune clearance group, the numbers of NKcells,CD4+T lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+ratio are lower than those in normalcontrol group(P<0.05)and the numbers of B lymphocytes and CD8+Tlymphocytes are higher than those in normal control group (P<0.05). TheCD4+T lymphocytes and NK cells of the immune tolerance group and theimmunodeficiency group are higher than the immune clearance group and theCD8+T cells are lower than that(P<0.05). About the percentage of the immunetolerance and immunodeficiency(inactive)group, the numbers of CD4+Tlymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+ratio are lower than those in normal controlgroup(P<0.05),the numbers of CD8+T lymphocytes are higher than those innormal control group (P<0.05). The CD4+/CD8+ratio of the immune tolerance group and the immunodeficiency group are higher than the immune clearancegroup (P<0.05). About the counts of the immune tolerance andimmunodeficiency(inactive)group, the numbers of CD4+T lymphocytes arelower than those in normal control group(P<0.05).Comparing with the differentgroups, there are different degrees of statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:There exists lymphocyte subset imbalance and immunedysfunction in the vivo of the chronic HBV infection patients. The detection ofperipheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells have clinical valuable forunderstanding the immune status of patients, assessing thepatients’condition, guiding treatment and developing vaccine.
