Aims:To know the MLST of klebsiella pneumoniae leading to bacterial liver abscess and clinical characteristics in my division.Method:To collect the fourty-six patient in my division from march.2008to june.2012.They are all trouble for bacterial liver abscess and the bacterial is klebsiella pneumoniae.1did multilocus sequence typing of the fourty-six bacterial.To collect the clinical data of the patients and the medicine sensitive of the bacterial.Results:The results:twenty-four are ST23,four are ST65,three are ST86,two are ST29or ST375,one is ST25or ST30or ST163or ST367or ST374or ST380or ST660or ST700or ST806and two are new ST typing,and did not find the ST of common carbepenem resistant klebsiella pneumoniae.Conclusion:The klebsiella pneumoniae leading to bacterial liver abscess were all sensitive strains in my division.We can use penicillin (the third cephalosporin) with enzyme inhibitor, avoid using the high grade antibiotics.
