Microbe are important resources to discover neotype drug leader structure, however repetition problems in nature product structure of land-derivedmicroorganism are more and more with each passing day. Due to high pressure andhigh salinity, the chemical structure of secondary metabolite and bioactivities ofmarine-derived microorganism have attracted the attentions of chemist. Living in theborderline of ocean and territory, microorganism in costal area survived in the specialenviroments. This article carrying out the isolation and cultivation of costal plantmicrobe, screening combing antitumor and chemical analysis, and the further researchof2selected fungi. The experimentation include: isolation and depuration of costalplant microbe; screening of microbial strains and working strains; optimization ofculture conditions; isolation, depuration, structural determination, derivatization andantitumor activities of monosomic compounds. This study get147fungi strains from12mangrove sample growm in Guangxiand3other costal plant sample. Throughing preliminary and second antitumorscreening,8active strains were obtained. Among them,2target fungus (LD-68,LD-11) were chosen throughing HPLC analyzation for further research, including thefermentation conditions, TLC/HPLC analysis, bioactivities testing and extract yieldanalysis.Applying various of extract and chromatography methods,35compoundsincluding7compounds isolated from the acetic ether extracts of LD-68,20compounds (2of them are new compounds) isolated from the strain LD-11, togetherwith7derived-structure of compound1, were obtained. The structure type includedcurvularin, heterocyclic oximes, citrinins, benzene derivations, and so on.The antitumor activities of compound1-5,8-18were determined using MTT method, indicated that compound2-5、18have moderate activities against A549andK562cell line, and compound2-5have strong activities against Hela cell line withIC50values3.99,7.75,10.00and5.10μΜ, respectively. In sumary,147gungi were isolated from15costal plant sample, and35compounds including3new compounds were obtained from2activities strains. Thestudy provided new compounds for marine nature product and useful to discover newantitumor compounds.
