| Objective: To study the risk factor for traumatic Acute Respiratory Dysfunction(ARD)Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of207trauma patients admitted to the First AffiliatedHospital of Shihezi University Medical School from2006to2011from January2006to December2011.53cases of the ARD patients as observation group;154cases of non-ARD patients as the control group.Tostatistical analysis the12factors such as age, shock, trauma index score, APACHE III score, which may berelated to ARD. Single factor analysis of the measurement data between groups compared using the t-test;count data and level data analysis with chi-square test; multiple factors analysis using Logisticregression. All analysis was done in SPSS19.0statistically on computer to identify the risk factor of ARD.Results: Single argument analysis showed that there was a significant difference in age, shock, Traumaindex score≥17points, APACHEⅢ score≥35points,24hour blood transfusion>3U, lung infections, bloodglucose values, combined underlying disease [such as diabetes] between the non-ARD and ARD group(P<0.05).Multivariable argument analysis showed that the duration of shock≥3hours, TI score≥17points,24htransfusion amount>3U, APACHEⅢ score≥35points were traumatic ARD ’s dangerous factors(P<0.05),APACHE Ⅲ score≥35points possible was a high risk factors of ARD (P<0.01).Conclusion: Experiments have shown that older age, shock, trauma severity, diabetes mellitus, pulmonaryinfection,24h blood transfusion are closely related with traumatic acute respiratory insufficiency; Amongthem, the duration of shock≥3hours, TI score≥17points,24h transfusion amount>3U, APACHE Ⅲscore≥35points were traumatic ARD ’s dangerous factors.... |
