| Objective: Vitamin D has an important immune regulating function, its influence isbecoming more and more attention in the development of asthma. This research through tothe different groups are the han nationality in xinjiang asthma patients serum25-(OH)D3level comparison, and the relativity analysis of bone mineral density values, c-reactiveprotein,25-(OH) D3level and the relevance of asthma. Methods:Collecting andselecting in March2010-October2012in our hospital respiratory hospital treatment metinclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of117cases of asthma, according to theclassification standard of asthma severity was divided into three groups (mild group, medium group and severe group) and hormone dependence group, a total of four groups.Enzyme league immune method for determination of serum25-(OH)D3and c-reactiveprotein levels, dual energy X-ray absorptiometry bone mineral density, using SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Results:(1) age, gender, body mass index differencebetween four groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2) mild group, mediumgroup and severe group and hormone dependent on serum25-(OH)D3(ng/mL),respectively:18.43±7.36ã€15.61±6.14ã€10.41±2.32and7.69±2.42, difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05), except for mild and moderate groups there was nostatistically significant difference (P>0.05), the remaining two comparative differences arestatistically significant (P<0.05).(3)117cases of bone mass in patients with normal45cases, bone loss42cases,30cases of osteoporosis and bone mass anomaly ratio is61.5%.(4)25-(OH)D3and c-reactive protein content showed a negative correlation (r=-0.438),with statistical significance (P<0.05); And bone mineral density values were positivelycorrelated (r=0.702), with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum25-(OH)-D3in both groups of asthma patients in low status and related to its severity and hormonedependent factors, and positively correlated with bone mineral density, and negatively correlated with CRP, prompt decrease bone mineral content and airway inflammationassociated with asthma susceptibility, hormone dependence of25-(OH)D3is lowest, tipsmay be associated with clinical repeated use of hormone, suggests that vitamin Dsupplements can prevent acute episodes in patients with asthma and steroid-dependentasthma is especially important. |
