Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of strain ratio for Uygur’s and Han’s mammary bump and the cut-off point of strain ratio for breast benign and malignant lesions. Methods:311cases of mammary bump a total of296patients with lesions in conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography, to get the relative stiffness of lesion by measuring the strain ratio of breast lesion to the same level breast tissue under stabilized strain images. By comparing with the results of pathological diagnosis, the ROC curve which is the all patients was constructed, and the cut-off point for the strain ratio was determined by the ROC curve, then the research object will be divided into two groups, the first group for the Han nationality patients, the second group for the Uighur patients., and in the same way the cut-off point for each group was gotten. Results:There were statistically significant differences between benign tumors and malignant tumors (P <0.05). The cut-off point of all patients for strain ratio was3.88, the area under the ROC curve (AUC) was0.871,the sensitivity、specificity and accuracy were88.1%、78.8%、83.6%。The cut-off point of the first group was3.88, AUC was0.859, the sensitivity、 specificity and accuracy were86.8%、82.1%、84.2%.The cut-off point of the second group was4.42, AUC is0.889, the sensitivity、specificity and accuracy were89.5%、82.4%、85.9%. At3.88and4.42for the cut-off point with diagnosis of the second group, accuracy and diagnostic performance was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:SR can more objectively evaluate the breast lumps of hardness,3.88as the cut-off point to Uygur’s and Han’s breast lumps benign and malignancy identification has high clinical value.
