0bjective: To investigate the risk factor of Aseptic osteonecrosis (AON) in patientswith systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods:40SLE patients with Asepticosteonecrosis in our hospital were enrolled in the present study,and58SLE patientswithout AON were selected as the control group; Univariate analysis and multiple logisticregression analysis were applied with SPSS16.0for associated impact factors. Results:Univarriate analysis revealed significant differences in the following variables between thetwo groups: discoid lesions, treat with azathioprine, the highest prednisone does less than50mg,positive antibody to dsDNA, Anti-SSB antibody, serositis, fever, lower platelet;Multiple factor logistic regression analysis shows that: treatment with azathioprine, thehighest prednisone does less than50mg may be protection factors to AON. Conclusion:Both glucocorticoid treatment and SLE disease itself may be risk factors for thedevelopment of AON; But treat with a smaller dose of prednisone and with a proper doseof azathioprine may reduce the occurrence of AON....
