Objective:Through retrospective analysis of patients with colonic polyps, understand the incidence rule in the Uygur and Han population and influencing factors to guide the future work of prevention, diagnosis and treatment.Methods:106cases of Uighur and585cases of Han which were diagnosed colonic polyps with colonoscopy in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University hospital from January2002to December2011, divided into two groups, the statistics of two groups of patients age, sex, weight, blood pressure, biochemical, clinical manifestations, pathology and endoscopic features indicators, using SPSS16.0for windows software for statistical analysis.Results:The age of the Uighur group is smaller than the Han group, body weight greater than the Han group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The proportion of polyps in the youth group, the middle-aged group and the elderly group difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) in the group of the Han, Uygur group difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The Uighur group phosphorus, total protein, globulin, abdominal pain indicators higher than the Han group, age, HDL-C, descending colon distribution site index is lower than the Han group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups in gender, blood pressure, history of alcohol consumption, smoking history, past history, potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, renal function, fasting glucose, TG, TC, LDL-C, albumin, blood in the stool, constipation, bloating, diarrhea, change in bowel habits, mucous polyp size, histological type, differences in relapse rate was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Age, weight, phosphorus, and HDL-C, total protein, distribution sites, globulin factors between Uygur and Han patients with colonic polyps correlation. Colonic polyps with a high incidence of old age group than in the low age group.
