| With the progress of society and the continuous improvement of living standards, thepeople’s requirement for health is also more and more high. It has become an internationalconsensus that disease prevention should come to the first. At present, sub-health aredetermined directly by most scholars based on one or some symptoms, lack of evaluationabout the overall health state and clinical assessment of these symptoms. We collected clinicalexamination data obtained by the eagle’s DDFAO automatic scanning instrument fromChenghe mining bureau hospital and then determined the overall health status of themaccording to definition of sub-health, the results from the instrument examination andinterview comprehensive judgment to find the distribution characteristics of sub-health statein Chengcheng County of Weinan city residents and explore the distribution characteristics ofthe underlying disease and we could make a scheme to avoid risk of disease based on abovestudy. It also provided us with a theoretical basis for accurate diagnosis, control andreasonable management of disease.530cases of sub-health group were took as the object ofthe research.By analysis of statistics data, the distribution characteristics of the underlyingdisease in sub-health groups were reflected from different levels based on the basic situationof sub-health population collected individual situation and routine physical examination data,combined with general health examination results from the eagle’s DDFAO automaticscanning instrument. The results are as follows:(1) The overall distribution of sub-health state: the530cases of group inspection, found60cases in a state of health,470cases of sub-health state, respectively11.32%and88.68%.(2) The distribution of potential risk of the sub-health in various organ systems: in530subjects,175cases of stomach risk,175cases of liver, pancreas;175cases of left ventricularrisk,5cases of coronary artery,0cases of right ventricle, occurrence rate is33.02%,0.94%and0%respectively; urogenital system and kidney renal risk in160cases,5cases of uterus, 20cases of prostate, occurence rate is30.19%,7.14%and10%respectively; respiratorytrachea risk75cases,55cases in lung, incidence rates were14.15%and10.38%respectively;biochemical index lipid risk in130cases,5cases of blood glucose, blood volume in80cases,45cases of insulin, occurence rate is24.53%,0.94%,15.09%and8.49%respectively;245cases of cervical vertebra risk,75cases of lumbar vertebrae, the incidence rate is46.23%and14.15%respectively.(3). The distribution characteristics of sub-health population precancerous lesions:530subjects, sleep disorders in265cases, cervical discomfort in245cases,175cases of gastritis,130cases of dyslipidemia,75cases of lumbar discomfort,65cases of chronic pharyngitis,55cases of hypertension,45cases of diabetes mellitus,20cases of gynecological inflammation,25cases of hypotension,5cases of coronary artery disease, incidence rates were50%,46.23%,33.02%,24.53%,14.15%,12.26%,10.38%,8.49%,7.14%,4.72%and0.94%respectively.Conclusions are as follows:(1) The occurrence rate of the sub-health state of residents from Chengcheng County inWeinan town is relatively high. The530cases of group inspection, found60cases in a state ofhealth,470cases of sub-health state, respectively11.32%and88.68%.(2) Sleep disorders and cervical discomfort, gastritis, dyslipidemia, lumbar discomfortand risk of chronic pharyngitis is high Among them sleep disorders, cervical discomfort andgastritis in530subjects are in higher risk and the risk value reaches50%,46.23%and33.02%respectively.(3) The potential risk rate of the nervous system is higher relative to other system, therisk value reached51.89%. The main clinical manifestation is sleep disorder, which hasbecome one of main factors of sub-health.(4) The sub-health condition of residents from Chengcheng County in Weinan town cannot be ignored and some corresponding prevention measures should be taken to improve. Weought to work out a plan for every patient circumvent the feasibility risk. |
