Objective:Utilize three-dimensional reconstruction of internal iliac artery by computed tomography, observe the process and morphology of internal iliac artery, provide theoretical basis for the internal iliac artery ligation in the laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC).Methods:16T1-T3invasive bladder cancer patients in minimally invasive urology of Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,received the laparoscopic radical cystectomy. Injected the contrast medium before the surgery, accepted the three-dimensional reconstruction of internal iliac artery by Multi-slice spiral computed tomography. Measure the length between the iliac artery’s origin and the superior gluteal artery. Observe the process and morphology of internal iliac artery, mark the major branch, combine the anatomy and Imaging, use to the laparoscopic radical cystectomy, make the internal iliac artery ligation scientific and accurate.Results:16bladder cancer patients succeed in the three-dimensional reconstruction of internal iliac artery by Multi-slice spiral computed tomography, reconstructed images of arterial period displayed well, we can distinguished the iliac artery and major branch, superior gluteal artery, inferior gluteal artery, internal pudendal artery. Part of the patients can distinguished the superior vesical artery and inferior vesical artery. All the case’s the left side average length between the iliac artery’s origin and the first branches of the iliac artery is48.81mm, the right side is50.71mm.The left superior gluteal artery’s average width is2.94mm, the right side is2.68mm. All the patients accepted the internal iliac artery ligation in the laparoscopic radical cystectomy.Conclusion:1、Multi-slice spiral computed tomography angiography can three-dimensional reconstruction of internal iliac artery.2、By observe the process and morphology of internal iliac artery and branches,we can comprehend the internal iliac artery and branches staring place,course.3、three-dimensional reconstruction of internal iliac artery by computed tomography before the operation, can assist we ligation the internal iliac artery’s branches effective.
