[Objective]In order to clarify the relation between c-myb and PCNA in papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter in expression, to explore the c-myb and PCNA expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastasis, the relationship between and its role in thyroid cancer occurrence and development for clinical treatment and judging provides the theory basis for risk of lymph node metastasis; Provide new ideas and methods for thyroid cancer targeted therapy.[Methods]In this study, Collected from2005to2012thyroid tumor cases in pathology, the first data and paraffin section. One of50cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma,20cases of thyroid adenoma,20cases of nodular goiter group. All cases of preoperative is not treated before operation. Specimens were fixed by10%formalin, onventional paraffin embedding, using immunohistochemical method to detect the c-myb, PCNA in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues, thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter tissue of expression. [Results]1、The Positive expression rate in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue was92.0%(46/50)(figure1), thyroid adenoma positive expression rate was60%(12/20), nodular goiter positive expression rate was35%(7/20). C-myb in papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter tissues more positive expression rate, difference have statistical significance (χ2=14.789, P<0.05).2、The positive expression rate of PCNA in thyroid papillary carcinoma was66.0%(33/50), thyroid adenoma in the PCNA positive expression rate of40.0%(8/20), nodular goiter in PCNA positive expression rate was5%(1/20). PCNA in papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter tissues of expression rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=27.748, P<0.05).3. The positive expression of c-myb in papillary thyroid carcinoma with age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, coated is complete or not, has no obvious correlation between clinical stage (P>0.05).4. PCNA in tumor diameter greater than2cm, with lymph node metastasis, incomplete capsule and clinical expression of stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ group was obviously higher than that of tumor diameter is less than2cm, without lymph node metastasis, the completeness of the capsule and the clinical stages Ⅰ,Ⅱ period group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.5、The expression rate of protein c-myb and PCNA in Thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue had no correlation (r=0.006, P>0.005).[Conclusion]1. c-myb proteins in thyroid nodular goiter, thyroid adenoma, thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues expressed increasing, and prompt the c-myb expression may be associated with the occurrence and development of thyroid carcinoma. But c-myb expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma with age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, coated is complete or not, has no obvious correlation between clinical stage.2. PCNA protein in nodular goiter, thyroid adenoma and thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues expressed increasing, and prompt the expression of PCNA may be associated with the occurrence and development of thyroid carcinoma. And PCNA expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma with age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, coated is complete, clinical staging have obvious correlation. Prompt PCNA protein expression of the genes associated with the malignant behavior of thyroid tumor.3. c-myb and PCNA expression in thyroid papillary carcinoma has no obvious correlation.
