Objectice:1. Analysis of1274cases of patients with CHF the gender,age,etiology and treatment of drug composition;2.Survey in Yunnan region in the survival rate of patients with CHF and mortality rates;3.Explore factors affecting the prognosis of patients with CHF in the region.In Yunnan region provide first-handresearch,diagnosis and treatment of HF,and improvement of the prevention and treatment of CHF,improve the prognosis of patients with CHF.Method-.Adopt the method of retrospective analysis,collected in2004.1-2011.8for the first time in our hospital with CHF and cardiac function level NYHAⅢ-Ⅳ patients with1274cases.Making questionnaire.establishes the database,its content including etiology,age,gender,heart rate,concen of hemoglobin,LVEF,treament drugs.For these patients and/or their families were retrospectively follow-up, the longest9years,the shortest lyear,he patient discharged from hospital after treatment,survival and death.After finishing the survey date from valid data to describe the SPSS17.0software,uses the logistic analysis,analysis of factors affecting the prognosis of patients with CHF.Resultes:In1274cases,757cases of male in patients with CHF(59.4%),517cases (40.6%%)female; Age<65,584cases (45.8%);66-79years old,557cases (43.7%);Age>80,133cases(10.4%);CHD366cases(28.7%),HP360cases(28.3%),DCM186cases (14.6%),RHD124cases(9.7%);Druing hospitalization taking ACEI/ARB1006cases(79.0%),β-B845case(66.3%),diuretics1092cases(85.7%),digitalis drugs426cases (33.4%); After discharge standard treatment of716cases(56.2%),non-standard treatment of558(43.8%);This study in patients with CHF,643died,1survival rate(80.5%),3survival rate (60.0%),5survival rate (51.3%); In patients with CHF male1year mortality(21.3%),3year mortality (43.5%),5year mortality (46.8%), Female1year mortality(18.2%),3year mortality (37.6%),5year mortality (51.5%);In patients with CHF early old1year mortality(11.3%),3year mortality (29.5%),5year mortality (37.8%),CHF in elderly1year mortality (17.8%),3year mortality (40.8%),5year mortality (51.3%);CHF in old age1year mortality (62.4%),3year mortality (83.5%),5year mortality (85.0%);Impact of CHF patients survive and/or death, statistically significantfactors:drugs,older age,low-Hb,standardized treatment,LVEF>50%,AF.Conclusion:1.In Yunnan patients with CHF men high than women,older people are;2.Yunnan in patients with CHF are the main causes of CHD,HP,DCM;3.Similar to the Yunnan of1-.3-.5-year survival rate in patients with CHF and other regions in Chain,with the increasing age of patients with HF,the mortality rate is also increasing;4.Low-Hb,LVEF>50%,AF,older age is the primary risk factors for prognosis of the region in patients with CHF;5.Taking ACEI/ARB, P-B.diuretics.digitalis drugs,standardized teeatment is to protect the prognostic factors;6.Actively prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease,and early intervention after illness,control or eliminate risk factors,adhere to the standardized individual treatment.
