The seven groups are feeding32weeks to be put to death. GroupC, D, E group F artery atherosclerotic lesions was slightly reduced; the group C and D as effective as group E, F was significantly; group G than in normal group still lipid plaque formation, but lower than resveratrol in the intervention group (C,D, E, F group) has been reduced.3.Signaling pathway:Group B expression of inflammatory signaling pathway, STAT3and AKT phosphorylation than group A significantly activated (P<0.05); group C and D may be due to the dose low to inhibit the role of key signaling pathways of STAT3phosphorylation of (p>0.05); group E by inhibiting STAT3signaling pathway phosphorylation (p<0.05); group F and G can significantly inhibit STAT3and AKT signaling pathway phosphorylation (p<0.05).4.The positive rate of expression of the apoptotic factors caspase-3:Group A, few caspase-3expression, caspase-3in group B significantly upregulated, groupC, D, E and group F can reduce the expression of caspase-3(p<0.01), Resveratrol prevention group compared to20weeks model group can significantly reduce the expression of caspase-3(p<0.01)[Conclusion] This study suggests that resveratrol have to reduce atherosclerotic plaque progression, anti-atherosclerotic role in the prevention of arterial atherosclerosis; possible mechanism of anti-inflammatory.anti-proliferative, anti-apoptotic. By inhibiting STAT3and AKT phosphorylation of signaling pathways, play an anti-inflammatory,anti-proliferative effects, and the other by inhibiting the apoptotic factors caspase-3expression, played the anti-apoptotic effects, anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, anti-apoptotic effect was dose-effect relationship., Resveratrol prevention group suggesting that there is prevention of arterial atherosclerosis. |
