Objective Through the analysis of long-chain non-coding RNA the HOT AIR of regulation of the expression level of the gene HOXD10and HOTTIP the downstream genes HOXA13in breast cancer and adjacent tissue, HOT AIR, HOTTIP expression in breast cancer change and its significance.Methods Collected from June2010to December20cases of breast cancer and adjacent tissue samples were female, aged from33to80years of age. All specimens were diagnosed as invasive ductal carcinoma. Real-time quantitative RT-PCR the detection HOT AIR HOTTIP, HOXD10, HOXA13expression levels, combined with the results of clinical pathology, using t-test and the Spearman rank correlation method for statistical analysis.Result1. HOT AIR expression levels in breast cancer tissue was significantly higher than HOT AIR the expression of adjacent tissues (P=0.000); and HOXD10expres sion level of regulation of gene HOXD10expression level of normal tissues was no significant difference.2. Breast cancer tissue HOTTIP the downstream gene HOXA13expression wi th the expression of adjacent tissues was no significant difference.3. HOTAIR the regulation of gene HOXD10in breast cancer tissue and adjac ent tissue were not demonstrated a linear correlation.4. HOTTIP downstream genes HOXA13showed linear correlation (adjacent ti ssues:P=0.00; correlation coefficient=0.90; cancer tissue:P=0.00; correlation coefficient=0.96).5. progesterone receptor PR expression of cancerous tissues, HOTAIR expressi on is higher (linear correlation analysis P=0.02; correlation coefficient=0.61).6. Ki67protein expression was elevated in the cancer tissue, HOTAIR expres sion also increased (linear correlation analysis P=0.00; correlation coefficient=0. 83)Conclusion1. HOT AIR expression levels in breast cancer tissue was significantly higher compared with the adjacent difference was statistically significant, may play an en hanced cancer cell invasion force to promote the development of breast cancer.2. HOT AIR HOXD10both breast cancer and adjacent tissues were not there, in the human body may HOTAIR established a new regulatory relationships and t hus play a role.3. HOTAIR expression in primary breast cancer was significantly increased, a nd the progesterone receptor PR and Ki67protein expression was positively correl ated.4. the experiment did not find HOTTIP associated with breast cancer, but H OTTIP by interfering with the downstream gene HOXA13expression other role.
