Objective:To understand the pathogenesis and the relationship between interleukin17, interleukin21, interleukin23, PTP, PTK and MG pathogenesis by detecting the expression level on serum interleukin17,21,23, PTP, PTK and AchR-Ab of MG patients.Methods:We detected the level of serum interleukin17, interleukin21, interleukin23, PTP, PTK, AchR-Ab by applying ELISA in MG patients.Results:The study data show that there are significant differences between the MG group and the control group in the expression levels of IL-17, IL-21and IL-23(P<0.001)(the medians are5.86pg/ml,198.15pg/ml,224.04pg/ml in MG group, the medians are5.20pg/ml,80.27pg/ml,59.46pg/ml in the control group).but there is no significant difference in the levels of IL-17, IL-21and IL-23between the ocular type group and the generalized group (P>0.05). There is no significant differences in the levels of IL-17, IL-21and IL-23between the thymus gland group and control group (P>0.05). There is no significant differences in the levels of IL-17, IL-21between the AchR-Ab(+) group and the AchR-Ab(-) group(P>0.05). But there is a significantly difference in the expression levels of IL-23between the AchR-Ab(+) group and the AchR-Ab(-) group (P<0.05).The study data show that there are significant differences between the MG group and the control group in the expression levels of PTP and PTK (P<0.001).(the medians are86.01ng/ml,176.46ng/ml in the MG group, the medians are15.67ng/ml,51.00ng/ml in the control group).But there is no significant difference in the expression levels of PTP and PTK between the ocular type group and the generalized group (P>0.05). There is no significant difference in the expression levels of PTP and PTK between the thymus gland group and the control group (P>0.05). There is no significant difference in the expression levels of PTP and PTK between the AchR-Ab(+) group and the AchR-Ab(-) group.Conclusions:The densities of IL-17, IL-21, IL-23, PTP and PTK are all obviously higher than the normal controls, which suggests that IL-17, IL-21, PTP and PTK may participate the in the pathogenesis of MG. The differences among the densities of IL-17, IL-21, IL-23, PTP and PTK in the ocular muscle group andthe generalized group, the thymic-disease group and the non-thymic-disease group have no statistical significance, which suggests that IL-17, IL-21, PTP and PTK may have no significant association with clinical typing and whether to concomitant with thymic diseases. The density of IL-23in the AchR-Ab(-) Group is obviously higher than the AchR-Ab(+) Group, which suggests that IL-23may play a certain role in regulating the generating process of AchR-Ab.
