Objective:Understand epidemiological characteristics and trends of tuberculosis (TB), epidemiological characteristics of TB complicated by pneumonia and Interaction of TB and pneumonia, Analysis of the distribution and drug sensitivity of TB with pathogens. Provide useful data for clinical staff, but also provide an important basis for future prevention and control work. Methods:Retrospective analysis retrieval the medical records of, diagnosed TB patients in2010to2012, record patient information:name, gender, age, occupation, registration and classification(first or retreatment),complications, diagnosis, typing of TB, sputum tubercle bacillus smear results, sputum ordinary bacterial culture results and susceptibility results. Use Office Access database to organize data.. Sort out four sets of data bout the total TB patients data, the data of TB with pneumonia, pathogens of pneumonia and antimicrobial susceptibility rate, for further analysis in. Use SPSS11.0statistical software count. Count data is expressed in percentage Chi-square test comparison of the constituent ratio.Results:1. There are885cases of smear positive TB patients and constituent ratio is41.57%. There are913cases of smear negative TB patients and constituent ratio is42.88%.43cases TB patients have no sputum and constituent ratio is2.02%. There are1752cases cumulative newly diagnosed TB patients and constituent ratio is82.29%. There are377cases retreatment TB patients and it’s constituent ratio is17.71%.2. There are1423cases male TB patients from2010to2012, and the constituent ratio66.84%.There are706cases female TB patients and the constituent ratio33.16%. The number of cases of male is more than female, and difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. There are cases about TB and TB with pneumonia every month, and no obvious seasonal characteristics. It is sporadic popular. There is a small peak in March.4. The constituent ratio of locals accounted for82.71%among three years and people accounted for17.29%. New smear-positive tuberculosis patients accounted for85.16%of the locals, people from other city accounted for14.84%. 5. Retired personnel account for a major component of TB patients occupations and TB with pneumonia, and the constituent ratio is33.58%. Housework unemployed people in second place, and the constituent ratio66.84%. The composition of the student’s tuberculosis patients than three years continuous upward trend.6. Ⅲ type secondary pulmonary TB has largest number of cases. There are1803cases, and the constituent ratio is21.46%. IV type TB pleurisy cases has296cases and the constituent ratio is13.9%. II type TB cases have30cases.7. There were reported a total of2129cases of TB patients. Average annual registration rate was1.58/10million. There762cases of TB with pneumonia patients and the constituent ratio is35.80%. The number and proportion of smear positive cases of pulmonary TB with pneumonia it flat and steady state.8. To51age group up to age distribution of TB with pneumonia, the constituent ratio is26.90%, but TB age21age group up.9. Pathogens has mainly740Gram-negative bacteria, and it’s constituent ratio is97.11%. Klebsiella pneumoniae strains’s constituent ratio is27.82%, followed by Enterobacter cloacae’s constituent ratio is13.91%. Detection of Gram-positive bacteria golden wine bacteria22, constitutes a ratio of2.89%.10. Pneumonia pathogen sensitivity to gentamicin and amikacin is higher, almost all above80%. Staphylococcus aureus the drug erythromycin sensitive rate is0.Conclusion:The source of new smear-positive tuberculosis patients in the field distribution is gradually increased. Sputum patients in the disappearance of the TB epidemic prevention effectiveness has been improving. Smear-positive TB patients rates have increased and may be related to the improvement of sputum technology. The incidence of TB crowd began to turn to the young population, should raise the attention, good awareness of prevention and control of TB epidemic. The male is still the main infected. Not found patient under age of10and related to neonatal BCG vaccination. Students spread TB, and we should always make publicity and prevention measures. TB with pneumonia is gradually increasing. Their pathogens mainly is Gram-negative bacteria, up to Klebsiella pneumoniae; detection of Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, it is more sensitive to many drugs.
