Purpose:This study chose65-65-year-old general anesthesia patients as the research object, by comparing preoperative postoperative MMSE score, and the comparison of Kl protein content of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with relevance to Kl protein, for further understanding of POCD is of certain significance and how to treat and prevent POCDMethods:ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged65-75years undergoing stomach cancer surgery30case. Without a history of central nerve system disease and surgeries.Anesthesia induction by Midazolam(0.1-0.15mg/kg)fentanyl(0.002-0.004mg/kg),vecuroniu m (0.1mg/kg),etomidate(0.15-0.3mg/kg)。 They were estimated MMSE at3time points:before anesthesia,1day after operation,3days afer operation. Extraction of venous blood before and after anesthesia and test the contents of klotho at before anesthesia, after surgeryResult:1The incidence of POCD is33.33%at1day after operation.2ELISA experiment measuring klotho protein content. before surgery:120.07±25.19、after surgery83.91±14.17.There have significant difference(P<0.01) and POCD patients of klotho protein content decreased after operation. Conclusions:The klotho protein is possible relate to POCD...
