Purpose:To explore the dependency and application value of real-time three-dimensional (RT-3DE) and640-MSCT on the left ventricular volume and systolic function. We evaluate left ventricular volume and systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease quantitatively, using RT-3DE and640-MSCT.Methods:42cases of coronary heart disease patients confirmed by clinical or coronary angiography were enrolled in this study randomly. We use640-MSCT to obtain the left ventricular volume and cardiac function, using Automatic method and Manual method. Meanwhile, RT-3DE full-volume image technology with the measured data for comparison, including EDV, ESV, SV, EF%. We compared RT-3DE with640-MSCT in cardiac function measured values. Results:1) The data of640-MSCT manual survey and that of auto survey were similar and had higher correlation coefficient.(r>0.90); The data left ventricular volume and function of640-MSCT manual survey and that of auto survey were no significant differences;2) The data of left ventricular volume and function indicators (EDV, ESV, EF%, SV) tested with RT-3DE and that with640-MSCT manually measured values and automatically measured values were good correlation(r>0.90, q>0.05);3) The difference between640-MSCT automatically measured values and RT-3DE in left ventricular volume and cardiac function is that the640-MSCT automatically measured values of EDV and ESV were higher than of RT-3DE (q <0.05), it is slightly higher than RT-3DE of SV (q>0.05),but it is slightly lower than RT-3DE of EF (q>0.05);4) The difference between640-MSCT manually measured values and RT-3DE in left ventricular volume and cardiac function is that the640-MSCT manually measured values of EDV and ESV were higher than of RT-3DE (q<0.05), it is slightly higher than RT-3DE of SV (q>0.05),but it is slightly lower than RT-3DE of EF (q>0.05).Conclusion:Both of this method have advantages and disadvantages. We combine640-MSCT with RT-3DE, according to different illnesses and their characteristics. This proves the imaging diagnosis of clinical illnesses and provides enough message for diagnosis and treatment. |
