Objective:To explore the influences of chronic multiple stress on them and avariety systemic disorders. Methods: The rabbits were exposed to multiple chronic stress which wascomposed of restraint stress, water-immersing stress and isolated-limited stress. Inaddition, the indicators were determined to find the influences of multiple chronic stresson the body as follows.1. The multiple chronic stress model was evaluated by analyzing the body weightand cumulative survival every day during the whole stress process.2. The biological parameters in serum of rabbits such asalbumin(Alb),creatinine(Cr),alkaline phosphatase(ALP), glucose(Glu), anti-egg nucleusantibody and TAOC were measured every week for the purpose of studying theinfluences of the chronic multiple stress on them and a variety systemic disorders.3. Orcu-DRB*01alleles,Orcu-DRB*02alleles and Orcu-DRB*04alleles at DRBlocus were typed by SSP-PCR.Results:1. There were gradual decreases of the body weight and cumulative survivalduring the whole stress process, especially at the later stage of the stress process. Thecumulative survival is50percent at15th day.2. The results of biological parameters in serum: the level of Glu and TAOC issignificantly lower after stress, while the level of glucocorticoid is much higher afterstress.3. The results of Orcu-DRB genetic polymorphism: Expressions ofOrcu-DRB*02was found in3of total36rabbits, and the positive rate was8.33%.The weight of the rabbits without Orcu-DRB*02alleles decreases, while those with Orcu-DRB*02alleles increases during the whole stress process.Conclusions:1. The multiple chronic stress animal model was established reasonably in thisexperiment.2. The results of biological parameters in serum: the level of Glu and TAOC issignificantly lower after stress, while the level of glucocorticoid is much higher afterstress.3. Orcu-DRB*02alleles can be found in New Zealand rabbits.
