Correlation Between Cardiac Function，left Ventricular Ejecton Fraction,plasma Type B Brain Natriuretic Peptide Precursor And Thyroid Hormone In Patients Withchronic Heart Failure

Objective：Explore chronic heart failure (CHF) in patients with cardiac functionclassification, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), plasma b-type brain natriureticpeptide precursor (proBNP) and serum thyroid hormone level (FT3, FHT, sTSH)relevance.Methods:This paper collected dalian medical university subsidiary.2hospital inMarch2011to February2012in heart medicine of hospitalization with chronic heartfailure (CHF) in patients with diagnosis standard of104patients (NYHA Ⅱ level35patients, Ⅲ level41patients, Ⅳ level28patients),55cases of men and women in49cases, age45-87years old average (68.34+/-9.73years; The control group (NYHAlevel I)61cases, men, women29cases32cases, age44to85years, average (68.66+/-11.7years old. Blood, serum were determined proBNP, FT3, FT4, sTSH, leftventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), use t test, variance inspection and linear correlationanalysis, comparison heart function classification, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), proBNP and the relationship between the thyroid hormone.Results：(1) different cardiac function FT3group associated with cardiacdysfunction in the increase, FT4and sTSH no change;(2) plasma proBNP level and FT3in general level was negatively correlated;(3) left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)and in the overall level of FT3were positively correlated.Conclusion：Chronic heart failure (CHF) follow function classification up, and leftventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), the rise of the decline of proBNP serum thyroidhormone FT3in down significantly and proved clinically normal thyroid pathologicalsyndrome (ESS) in patients with chronic heart failure of the high incidence of a disease.
