Objective: Used scanning electron microscope (SEM) to observed interfacebetween luting cements and conformation of the dentin layer elements, analysis andcomparison of all kinds of the luting and the combining mode of dentin layer,whichprovide the theory basis to choose the different luting cements in the clinical.Material and methods: This experiment chose8molar teeth which were recentpulled out of, crown morphology complete from the body. These molar teeth would beembedded from enamelo-cemental junction in plaster mould, and then to regular toothpreparation, and made these experiment tooth keep contours and height relativelyconsistent. After taking impression mold,perfusion gypsum model,the casting metal fullcrown was made by losing wax.Use8kinds of luting cements for cemented andaccording to the order numbers behind the full crowns were try.Made the Experimentspecimen in23+1°C, and then stored in the environment which maintained100%relative humidity,and30days later we would separated edperiment specimen with theplaster mould,embedded in epoxy resins.Cutting specimen with slow saw teeth along the direction of perpendicular to theteeth long axis, the grinding and polishing,ultrasonic cleaning,the specimen examinedunder scanning electron microscope(SEM) and electron microprobe analyzer(EPMA)with electron beam of1μm in diameter, observed bond and linear analysis andelemental analysis by electron microscopy in500,2000times.Metal full crown, the dentin, luting cements and luting interface pointscanning,line scanning of the specimen under100times magnification.The mainelements of the selected adhesive material by observing the data analysis of the lutinginterface elements within50μm exchange transfer. Results:1Al、Si、P、 F、K、F are detected in the GC Fuji Plus;Al、Si、 C、O、Ca are detected in the luting interface in the range of50μm.2Al、Si、P、S、K are detected in the GC Fuji I;Al、P、C、Ca are detected in the luting interface in the range of50μm.3Al、Si、P、K、Ca are detected in the Shofu Glasionomer;Mg、Si、C、O、Ca are detected in the luting interface in the range of50μm.4Al、Si、P、K are detected in the Shofu Resiglass;Al、Si、C、O、Ba are detected in the luting interface in the range of50μm.5Si、Zn、P are detected in the Livcarbo;Zn、P、C、O are detected in the luting interface in the range of50μm.6C、O、Si、Mg are detected in the Panaviya F;Si、S、 C、O are detected in the luting interface in the range of50μm.7Al、Si、C、O are detected in the3M Relyx (TM) Unicem;Al、Si、P、S、Ca are detected in the luting interface in the range of50μm.8Al、Si、Na、K、P、F、Ca are detected in the Bisco DOU-LINKTM;Al、Si、P、S、C、O are detected in the luting interface in the range of50μm.Conclusion:1. Element of penetration can occur between luting cements and conformationdentin layer.2. The effect of different luting cements was different on the interface compactnessand continuity.3.
