Objective:To explore the the changes and clinical significance of T helper cell17(Th17) and its cytokine IL-17in patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis.Methods:1. Select study objectWe selected82cases of patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis,20heathy cases as a control group. We divide the DVT patients into3groups:acute phase of29cases,24cases of subacute period,29cases of chronic phase.2. The percentage of Th17cell in the peripheral blood was determined by flow cytometry.3. The expression level of IL-17in plasma was detected by the Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:By comparison, the percentage of Th17cell and the expression level of IL-17in patients were higher than heathy group. The difference was statistical significance (P<0.05). The difference between different groups in the patients has no statistical significance.Conclusion:1. The activity of Th17cell and the expression level of IL-17in peripheral blood of the DVT patients was increased. Th17cell activation may be closely related to the incidence and progression in deep venous thrombosis.2. The percentage of Th17cell and the expression level of IL-17between different groups in the patients had no statistical significance. We can not detect Th17cells and their cytokines to determine the progression of DVT and its prognosis.
