Iii this paper. we study pulse vaccination strategies for the eradication of tuberculosis. Since there is a close relationship between the infectivity of infected individuals and infection age(duration since infection) and chronological age,we develop a two-strain TB model SIJR with age of infection and chronological. The analytical results show that there exists a global stable infection-free state when the impulsive period T and vaccination proportion p satisfy R0(p,T)<1, i.e. In this condition, TB can be eradicated. In the end, we discuss the optimal control of epidemics with limited resources.
