Objective:In order to evaluate the ear a cavity in open papilloma radical surgeryprocedures the clinical outcome effect,84cases of sexual bravery fat tumor patients doopen papilloma ome treated the analysis of the clinical data were analyzedretrospectively and follow-upMethods:84patients and ears do a procedure ear cavity, who did not a ear cavityangioplasty as control group40ears, for both groups, the postoperative dry ears time,granulation happened, bravery fat tumor recurrence and postoperative tinnitus, dizziness,ear symptoms such as not happening situation were analyzed retrospectively andfollow-up investigation.Results:Line a ear cavity angioplasty group (forming group) dry ear for anaverage of4.4weeks, art cavity is the incidence of granulation6.8%, fat tumorrecurrence rate for bravery4.5%;Do not a ear cavity group angioplasty (control group)average dry ears time for7.2weeks, art cavity is the incidence of granulation10.0%,bile fat of tumor recurrence rate was7.5%.Forming a control group of cold air and nostimulation vertigo, tinnitus, increase the symptom such as ear not happening.Conclusion: A procedure can promote ear cavity dash forward the epithelium ofthe cavity, and reduce the incidence of granulation, facilitate change medicine and cleanup after operation chamber, shorten the dry ears open papilloma vesssed time.A cavityin open ear angioplasty dash forward radical surgery in the outcome has better clinicaleffect.
