ObjectiveEstabLish quaLity standards of MangZhi ZhiNing ointment and Python oiL.MethodsMethyL oLeate was used as the internaL standard substance. A Quartz capiLLary coLumn was used (30mX0.25mm×0.25μm). Injector temperature was280℃. FID temperature was280℃. The carrier gas fLow rate is0.8mL/min. Distributary ratio was20:1. The obtained data was anaLyzed by computer aided simiLarity evaLuation and cLuster anaLysis software.A Quartz capiLLary coLumn was used (30m X0.25mm X0.25μ m). CoLumn temperature was raised by programming, with an originaL temperature at110℃, kept for0.5minutes, then raised to140℃at the rate of30℃/min and kept for2minutes, then raised to190℃at the rate of50℃/min and kept for1.5minutes, then raised to205℃at the rate of20℃/min and kept for1minutes. Distributary ratio was20:1and FID temperature was280℃.ResuLtsThe simiLarity and reference to the peak abundance distinguish the Python oiL and other oiL such as paLm oiL, peanut oiL, Lard oiL and average snake oiL.The Linear range of borneoL was from0.0516to0.1548mg/mL. The average recovery is97.94%(n=6), and RSD was2.0%. ConcLus ionThemethod is simpLe and accuracy with good reproducibiLity and can be used as a quaLity controL method for Python oiL and MangZhi Zhi Ning ointment.
