The Expression Of HSP60Protein In The Cerebral Ischemia At The Base Of Atherosclerosis

Background:Stroke commonly known as stroke, also known as "cerebral vascular accident", where a brain blood vessel blockage or rupture caused by brain blood circulation dysfunction and brain tissue functional structure damage and cerebrovascular disorders can be called a stroke. Stroke can be divided into two categories, namely ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. Ischemic stroke has become a serious impact on people’s lives and health of important risk factors, which the important incidence is due to the vast majority of patients in the incidence of atherosclerosis.Recently, with the deep research about the HSP60in the cerebral ischemia, people begin to know about its protective effect. However, the research under the condition that people have cerebral ischemia at the base of atherosclerosis have not been taken in. So this study is fit for the process, and can apply some methods for its therapy.Objective:To explore the expression of HSP60protein in the cerebral ischemia at the base of atherosclerosis.Method:40SD rats were divided into5groups, control group, atherosclerosis group, cerebral ischemia3h under atherosclerosis group, cerebral ischemia6h under atherosclerosis group, cerebral ischemia12h under atherosclerosis group. control group and atherosclerosis group were only exposed common carotid artery, but other groups need to embolism common carotid artery with4-0nylon rope. Take the brains in the different time. view the HE staining, and take immunohistochemistry.To observe the expression of HSP60protein.Result:IISP60protein is merely expressed in the brain tissue in the control group with the immunohistochemistry method, and the variance of the expression of HSP60protein in all the groups is statistics sense, the expression of HSP60protein expressed mostly in the AS-12h group.Conclution:Compared with control group and sham group, the expression of HPS60in the AS group is the most obvious. And in the AS groups, the expression of HPS60in the AS-12group is the most obvious. This result demonstrates that HSP60not only protect brain tissue in the AS, but also protect the neurocyte in the cerebral ischemia at the base of atherosclerosis.
