objective:to study the therapeutical effect of the brucine intraarticular injection to the injury arthrodial cartilage of rabbitsï¼›Methods:making the mode of two sides injury arthrodial cartilage of keen joints,dividing the30rabbits into L and R groups according to the posterior limbs.1.701mg/mlbrucine is injected into intraarticular of R group rabbits once a week to5weeks, isotonic Na chloride is injected into L group acting as the control group.Execuating10rabbits after intervention of brucine for2weeks,4weeks and8weeks respectively.Making the histology microanatomy observation of articulatio genu and scoring the arthrodial cartilage according to the tissue counting standardï¼›Results:according to the results of the score of observation ingeneral and in histology microanatomy,the repairation difference of the twogroups has statistical significance(p<0.05);Conclusions: intraarticular injectionof brucine can contribute to the repairation of the injury arthrodial cartilage.
