Toll-like receptor is a receptor to identify the pathogen associated molecular, which relates the natural immune with required immune.Toll-like receptor activates natural immune and then induce several kinds of cytokines which as a result will influence the differentiation of initiated T-cell by identifying Pathogens such as virus.Currently the medical profession thought that the main Toll-like including TLR2、3、4、7、8、9have a close relationship with anti-rotavirus to identify the natural immune affection of rotavirus. To explain the pathogenesis of Toll-like in rotavirus infection, as well as the big role which Toll-like plays in preventing rotavirus infection and controlling the inflammation. I will present such overview.
