Research On China’s Pharmaceutical Price Regulation

Medical treatment and health career relates to social justice. Government should do medical treatment and health service well, because it is the important aspect of performing public service function. Furthermore, as a part of market economy system, the price system of medicine industry directly concerns Chinese people. In recent years, hard to see a doctor and expensive to treatment phenomena become not only the hotspots discussed by representation and multitude, but also the people’s livelihood problem waiting to be solved.This paper analyzes basic circumstance how the national and international governments supervise the medicine price and problem on the supervision to medicine price, Then it points out:we must strengthen the supervision to medicine price, it is necessary to construct harmonious society. Based on the analysis of the existing problems, this paper suggests that we should deepen the innovation of medical treatment system in order to keep the supervision to price; government should organize and induct in order to promote the construction course of medical treatment system. There are some other responsibilities of government, such as increasing the cost of medical treatment, strengthening the supervision to price, strengthening the medical moral construction, improving the quality of practitioners.
