Objective To analyze the distribution features of systemic vascular resistance (SVR) disorder and related factors in healthy subjects and the difference in systemic vascular resistance (SVR) between Han and Hui residents, to understand the influencingfactors of systemic vascular resistance (SVR) in Yinchuan, Ningxia Han and Hui, to Provide scientific basis for the scientific development and evaluation of the area of cardiovascular disease prevention and control guidance in Yinchuan, Ningxia.Methods2795Hans and1886Huis from Yin Chuan and He Lan areas of NingXiaprovince were detected with Bioz.com digital non-invasive hemodynamic monitor from the US, a lot of indicators were determined, including systemic vascular resistance (SVR), systemic1vascular resistance index(SVRI), body mass index(BMI), diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP), cardiac output(CO), cardiac output index(CI), heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure(MAP).at the same time, detecting the level of serum cholesterol (TG) and the serum triglyceride (TC),the relevant factors were analyzed. Results (1)Hui aged16~18and30~39year old male SVR were significantlyhigher than the corresponding ages of Han males(P<0.05).(2) Hui aged16~18year old male SVRI were significantly higher than the corresponding ages of Han males(P<0.05).(3)Covariance analysis showed that, excluding the impact of factors suchas gender, age, body mass index, SVRI between the two nationalities there is a statis tically significant difference (P <0.01), while no significant difference in SVR between the two nationalities.(4)Multiple linear regression: the strength of the impact of SVR difference between the Hui and Han population is followed by MAP, CI, HR, SBP and DBP; the order of indicators of the contribution on the SVRI was consistentwith the SVR.(5)Reduced incidence of abnormal systemic vascular resistance increases with agein men and women30years of age before and after the age of30increases with theincrease of age. Abnormal systemic vascular resistance rates were between men, between women, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=105.42,P=0.000, χ~2=65.47, P=0.000). systemic vascular resistance in the50to59agegroup, men and women between the sexes abnormal incidence of a statistically significant difference (χ2=14.76, P=0.000).Conclusions1. Hui SVR/SVRI higher than Han may be associated with genetic and lifestyle.SVR/SVRI abnormalities, which may be a sign of early vascular damage.2. Peripheral vascular resistance and blood pressure, cardiac output, age, and serum cholesterolis closely related to the possible damage early warning signs of the structure and function of arteries.
