The main purpose of our work is planted to find Biological active substance fromthe Selaginella labordei Hieron. ex Christ, and analysis the chemical composition ofSelaginella labordei Hieron. ex Christ,which is the basis for Clinical application. Andwe want to be able to find a new skeleton of a strong drug activity and newcompounds, and to lay the foundation for new drug discovery and invention.The experimental content of this paper has the following three parts: the first partis the work of the whole plant extract. The second part is different separation materialsand methods to use separate and purification of compounds. The third part of the workwith the help of different analytical equipments to get the physical and chemicalproperties of the compounds and the use of a variety of modern spectral (HRESI-MS,GC-MS, IR, UV-VIS,1D and2D NMR) to get a variety of maps and data. Finally, weclarify the chemical structure of the compound.We have got twenty-two highly pure compounds and identified twenty-twochemical structures from the Selaginella labordei,as follows: linoleic acid ester (1),beta-sitosterol (2),7-oxo-beta-sitosterol(3), Sinomenine(4), Arctigenin (5), Emodin(6), Chrysophanol (7), Physcion (8),1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyanthracene-9,10-dione(9),2-(hydroxymethyl)phenol(10),Apigenin(11),The dihydro apigenin(12),Polydatin(13),Osthole(14),Purine(15),Chlorogenic acid(16),Podophyllotoxin(17),bis(5-methylheptyl)phthalate(18),Vanilla acid(19) Amentoflavone(20), Baicalin(21), Hesperidin(22). And we isolated a1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyanthracene-9,10-dione. ceramide compounds, and it was the first time isolatedfrom the natural.
