Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of umbilical cordmesenchymal stem cells （UC-MSCs） in the treatment of primarynephrotic syndrome（PNS）.Methods: Select25patients of PNS that accept UC-MSCs theratment as thetreatment group, and select the25PNS patients as the control group, twogroups were similar in gender，age, weight, blood pressure, pathologicaltype distribution, course of disease, pathogenetic condition, etc. two groupswere treated in accordance with the treatment guidelines,and the treatmentgroup plus UC-MSCs on the basis of the conventional treatment.Therapeutical dose is (1-2)×10~6/kg/times, infusion once a week,4timesfor a course of treatment, and before UC-MSCs treatment (0weeks) and1,2,3,4,8,16weeks after treatment were detected24hours urine protein, totalprotein, albumin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, triglyceride, cholesterol,before treatment (0weeks) and4,16weeks after treatment were detectedimmunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin M(IgM), one year later Statistics recurrence, and to observe whether there areadverse reaction.Results：1.At the same time, two groups of24-hour urine protein, the totalprotein, albumin comparison showed that: before UC-MSCs treatment (0W)and1W,2W,3W after treatment two groups there were no significantdifference (P〉0.05),but4W,8W,16W after treatment There was significantdifference (P〈0.05),and IgG comparison showed that：before UC-MSCstreatment (0W) and4W after treatment two groups there were no significant difference (P〉0.05),16w later There was significant difference (P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in blood urea nitrogen,creatinine, triglyceride, cholesterol, IgA, IgM（P〉0.05）.2.the recurrencerate in The treatment group was lower than the control group, X~2=3.947，P=0.047.3.
