The formulas recorded in the Treatisehave stringent configurations of medicinal substances, with clear treatment objectives, andhigh specificity and practicality. The research on the laws of the prescriptionscompatibility about Shang Hanlun has the great significance to carry forward the study ofZhongjing’s,to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology,for today’s treatment about various modern diseases, flexible formula applicationcompatibility, improve the TCM treatment, for basic and clinical has great significance.Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is a branch of lattice theory based on mathematicalconcepts and conceptual level. The basic idea is to build a concept hierarchy based on thebinary relations between objects and attributes, then through the FCA theory form theformal context, basis the formal context generate the structural partial-order attributediagram. The corresponding structural partial-ordered attribute diagram can show thecomplex network of relations between the concepts vividly and concisely. So the formalconcept analysis is considered as a powerful tool for data mining and visualization.In this paper, FCA is applied to the law of prescriptions compatibility’s study of thetreatise on cold pathogenic diseases. Through optimizing the generatied the formalcontext,then generate the diagram which has the virtues of concise hierarchicalrelationship, no crossed lines, explicit category meaning and distinctive hierarchicalrelationship, and this diagram can show the group structure of the prescriptionscompatibility.By this method, can structure the data mining and knowledge mining aboutthe prescriptions compatibility of TCM, also can provides a new reference method of thestudy about the prescriptions compatibility of TCM. |
