Objective Analysis the differential expression of TRPC6in human normal nephridialtissue and in patients’ nephridial tissue with proteinuria to discuss the possiblemechanism of TRPC6in proteinuria. Methods83patients’nephridial tissue withproteinuria were collected and TRPC6polyclonal antibody was used to doimmunohistochemical staining to these samples. The positive area ratio of TRPC6werecalculated by computer image analysis software. Analysis the patients with proteinuria ofdifferent protein content and different pathological mechanism, and discuss the relation ofTRPC6expression with clinical and pathological index. Results1.Statistical differenceswere existed in24h proteinuria in TRPC6positive area ratio of patients withproteinuria(P<0.05).2. Statistical differences were existed in diferent pathologicalmechanism of proteinuria patients with TRPC6positive area ratio(P<0.05),grade Ⅲwas the highest and grade Ⅳ was the lowest.3.Positive correlation were observed in24hproteinuria and TRPC6of proteinuria patients(r=0.274,p=0.047),and Scr performantperformed the oppsite role(r=-0.286,p=0.040). Conclusion1.The differences wereexisted in TRPC6with proteinuria patients in different24h proteinuria.2. The differenceswere existed in TRPC6with proteinuria patients in different pathological mechanism.3The TRPC6expression and clinical indexes showed that TRPC6is associated withproteinuria and glomerulosclerosis.4. The abnormal expression of TRPC6is one of thereasons that Lead to glomerular disease, and has closely correlation with the inflammatoryactive condition of disease.
