Objective Through the establishment of oxidation type low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) cause heart vascular endothelial cell damage model, and FGF21competitively to damage model, this paper discusses the influence of cell apoptosisFGF21extrinsic of atherosclerosis early endothelial function of protection.MethodsSeparation and cultivate adult Wistar rat cardiac microvascular endothelialcells, give ox-LDL solution, the establishment of heart vascular endothelial celldamage model, and to FGF21competitively to intervene the damage model. Weretested by the MTT, BrdU insert, scratches healing, transwell and vascular samplestructure formation experiment at different concentrations of heart FGF21microvascular endothelial cells value-added, migration and chemotactic effects.ResultsRat cardiac microvascular endothelial cells, the FGF21can promote cardiacmicrovascular endothelial cells value-added, migration, blood vessels sample form,reduce cardiac microvascular endothelial cell monolayer permeability. Above experimental methods weredivided into5groups, respectively, to join different concentration experiment reagentFGF21and ox-LDL action time, cardiac microvascular endothelial cell vitality with the concentration of the FGF21increase and strengthen, in1umol/l role when thestrongest (n=5,*p <0.05).ConclusionsBy giving culture of rat cardiac microvascular endothelial cells ox-LDLsolution common incubation, establish damage model competitively after to differentconcentrations of FGF21, respectively by MTT, BrdU insert, scratches healing,transwell and vascular sample structure formation FGF21experimental observationof heart microvascular endothelial cells value-added, migration and chemotacticaction to prove FGF21promote cardiac microvascular endothelial cell proliferation,migration and vascular sample structure form, and to protect myocardial ischemia.Tip FGF21may as a cardiovascular external protection factor, antagonisticatherosclerosis early cardiovascular endothelial dysfunction.
