Objective: Research Bio-oss and Bio-gide applied to teeth loss of bone mass in theplanting process clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients summarize precautions before andafter surgery, and to provide a theoretical basis and clinical guidance for the district of OralImplantology.Method: Retrospective analysis of oral and maxillofacial surgery outpatient treatment ofdental implant cases Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from2009to2013, throughthe means of access to medical records, patient review age, gender, missing teeth parts, missing teeth reasons, the gap size, the width of the alveolar bone, gums situation beforedental implant surgery and post-operative X-ray examination and surgical design informationfor the preoperative and postoperative3months, after six months of bone graft bone mass witha point changes and postoperative complications.Result:①An average of3months after planting areas alveolar bone height11.56mm,width6.15mm. After6months average bone height of11.45mm, width6.12mm, significantlyimproved compared with before surgery (P≤0.05). Than3months postoperatively,6monthsafter the alveolar ridge there is still a small amount of bone resorption, a statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05).②Probing pocket depth around the dental implant periodontalpocket depth and adjacent teeth, the difference between the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05).③25patients with donor site wounds healed, no abnormal secretions, lower lipnumbness, adjacent teeth pulp necrosis, pathological fractures and other complications.④25patients, seven cases of implant surgery and bone grafting process that fear, other patients cantolerate. All patients on postoperative discomfort can be tolerated, said he was very satisfied with the repair effect, no not satisfied, one patient expressed general satisfaction. Conclusion: Simultaneous placement of Bio-oss bone meal mixed a small amount ofautogenous bone and Bio-gide collagen membrane for enough bone dental implant patientscan achieve better results and significantly improved postoperative bone graft alveolar ridgethickness and height than the preoperative around the dental implant is not a deep periodontalpocket, and no complications occurred, to provide reference for the future in our hospitalimplant surgery.
