Objetive: Analyze the Ningxia region of primary liver cancer patients with anatomicalhepatectomy and atypical hepatectomy postoperative survival status of the theoretical basisfor the Ningxia region choice of surgical treatment of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods: Retrospective analysis of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital ofHepatobiliary Surgery, January2001to January2010in our hospital hospitalized surgicalresection of the line of liver cancer and376cases of pathologically confirmed cases ofpatients with primary liver cancer and the data integrity, the cases divided into anatomicalhepatectomy group and atypical hepatectomy group,1-,3-and5-year survival rate afteranatomical hepatectomy and atypical hepatectomy patients were compared.Results:1-,3-, and5-year overall survival rate of patients with primary liver cancerafter surgical treatment was86.36%,54.54%,29.32%.1-,3-, and5-year survival rate ofthe anatomical hepatectomy group small and large-sized liver cancer patients whosepostoperative was86.9%,56.3%,39.3%and82.6%,48.1%,6.0%respectively;1,3,5-yearsurvival rate of atypical hepatectomy group of small and large-sized liver cancer patientswhose postoperative was88.2%,58.1%,24.0%and83.2%,49.2%,20.0%. The1,3-yearsurvival rate of the small and large-sized liver cancer patients after surgery was no significantdifference in anatomical hepatectomy and atypical hepatectomy. And the5-year survival ratewas different significantly. Conclusions: The5-year survival rate of the small-sized liver cancer patients after theanatomical hepatectomy is higher than those patients after atypical hepatectomy. The5-yearsurvival rate of the large-sized liver cancer patients after the atypical hepatectomy is higher thanthose patients after anatomical hepatectomy. Therefore, patients with small liver cancer isadapted to receive the anatomical hepatectomy, The large liver cancer patients with theatypical hepatectomy of liver tissue to retain a positive role to improve the survival rate of patients.
