Objective Explore the related factors of high level of bladder carcinoma with therecurrence of bladder tumor after surgery.Methods Track and follow-up clinical data of108patients with high grade bladdercancer patients in Department of Urology of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital.Bladder tumor recurrence were recorded, grouping various influencing factors were analyzedby univariate and multivariate analysis. Analysis of the relationship between age, gender, pasthistory (urinary tract infections, urinary tract obstruction, etc.), number of tumors, tumor size,tumor stage, surgical approach, whether receive the reperfusion therapy after surgery and therecurrence of bladder tumor after surgery.Results In108cases, there are37cases of bladder tumor recurrence in thefollow-up period, recurrence rate was34.26%. The statistical analysis shows that tumor size,tumor stage and postoperative intravesical chemotherapy is an important factor to affect therecurrence.Conclusions There are many influencing factors about the development of the highlevel of bladder carcinoma, various factors are independent of each other and influence eachother. Among them, tumor size, tumor stage and whether receive the reperfusion therapy aftersurgery are the most important factors. In clinical practice, we should follow-up focus on thepatients who with many risk factors after surgery.
