Objective Esophageal Carcinoma(EC) is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumor in our country, the mortality rate ranks the forefront of the malignant tumor.Ningxia region is one of the esophageal carcinoma high-risk areas in China, more than the area high incidence of esophageal carcinoma in accord with the typical geneticsusceptibility patterns of interaction with the environment. This topic selection of CYPIA1Msp1loci, GSTP1gene codon105, GSTT1, GSTM1gene research, aims to find CYPIA1, GSTT1, GSTM1, GSTP1gene polymorphism and the han nationality in ningxia, the relationship between esophageal carcinoma susceptibility to ningxia, the hannationality population genetics mechanism of esophageal carcinoma to provide some theoretical basis and experimental basis, for the ningxia region susceptible esophageal carcinoma screening and early diagnosis to provide certain reference.Method1. Experimental Method: collection of ningxia medical university hospital,110cases of the postoperative pathological diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma in the han Chinese paraffin tissue section of hospital admissions and220healthy han blood donor peripheral blood specimens, resin type DNA extraction kit to extract DNA, MUTIPLE-PCR in detecting GSTT1and GSTM1gene deletion, PCR-RFLP (RestrictionFragment Length Polymorphism) technology to detect Msp1loci of CYPIA1, GSTP1gene codon105gene Polymorphism. PCR amplification specific fragment, enzyme, ele ctrophoresis.2. Statistical methods: using t test analysis of age balance of case groupand control group differences.Fourcase of table data chi-square test analysis of genotype frequencies between case group and the control group, gender, smoking and drinkinghave statistical significance, at the same time, application of the four-layer table datax2test to compute odds ratio (OR) oddsratio, and its95%confidence interval (95%Confideneeinterval,95%CI), P <0.05for the difference was statistically significant.Result1. Esophageal carcinoma group and control group between age, gender, smoking, drinking there was no significant difference (P>0.05); Type2. CYPIA1geneMSP1loci of three, tc and cc genotype tt was observed (P>0.05) in esophageal carcinoma group and the control group there was no significant difference of distribution.3. The GSTT1genotype (-)(P <0.05) in esophageal carcinoma there is significant difference between group and the control group.4. GSTM1(-) genotypes (P>0.05) inesophageal carcinoma group and control group no significant difference in distribution.5. The codon105of GSTP1genotypes of GG genotype (P=0.044<0.05) in esophageal carcinoma there is significant difference between group and the control group.6. T1(-)/M1(-)genotype (P=0.000<0.05) in esophageal carcinoma distribution exist significant differences in the group and the control group.7. T1(-)/GG genotype (P<0.05) in esophageal carcinoma distribution exist significant differences in the groupand the control group.8. M1(-)/GG genotype (P<0.05) in esophageal carcinoma distribution exist significant differences in the group and the control group.9. T1(-)M1(-) tc/ccAG/GG genotype (P<0.05) in esophageal carcinoma distribution exist significant differences in the group and the control group.Conclusion1. CYPIA1Msp1loci polymorphism may be related to esophageal ca rcinoma occurs without correlation in ningxia region.2. The GSTT1(-) genotype may be associated with han nationality esophageal carcinoma occurs in ningxia.3. GSTM1(-)genotype may has no correlation with the incidence of ningxia region esophageal carcinoma.4. GSTP1gene codon105polymorphism may be associated with the happening of the han nationality esophageal carcinoma in ningxia; And GSTP1*GG genotype may is the han nationality in ningxia area of esophageal carcinoma risk factors.5. CYPIA1*cc, GSTT1(-) and GSTM1(-), GSTP1*GG genotype in the development of ningxia han nationality esophageal exist interaction; At the same time carrying CYPIA1*cc, GSTT1(-) and GSTM1(-), GSTP1*GG genotype individuals havea higher risk of oesophageal carcinoma.
