Magnetic resonance imaging, diffusion weighted imaging and diffusion tensorimaging techniques have been widely adopted in clinical diagnoses. Study ofDiffusion Tensor Imaging has become a focus in medical research in order to makeclinical diagnoses more effective and more accurate. This paper studies magneticresonance imaging, diffusion weighted imaging and diffusion tensor imagingtechniques based on image processing technique, especially diffusion tensor imagingdata processing system, including pre-process of diffusion tensor imaging data,calculation of tensors, registration and interpolation of diffusion tensor images andselection of regions of interest. A processing system has been successfully built afterexperiments with real clinical data. After lots of research work, a new algorithm forinterpolation of diffusion tensor imaging data based on Q-Space is proposed togetherwith a ROI auto-selection algorithm for cervical diffusion tensor imaging data. |
