Objective:Explore that the efficacy and safety of acute ischemic stroke patients withprior use of antiplatelet (AP) drugs. Methods: This is a retrospective case-control study.Consecutive patients with acuteischemic stroke who received intravenous therapy with in6hours from symptomonset were included. According to whether the prior use of AP drugs, the parents whomet the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups:(1) prior use of AP drugstherapy-treated group consisting of34ischemic stroke patients with prior use of APdrugs treated with therapy within6hours after the onset of stroke;(2) the non-prioruse of AP drugs therapy-treated group consisting of147patients without prior use ofAP drugs treated with therapy. Modified Rankin Scale were used to evaluate therecovery of neurological functions. Results: There were significant differences in age(73.42±10.65:62.63±11.92,P=0.000)、past history of hypertension(79.41%:53.74%,P=0.006)、diabetes(44.12%:25.85%,P=0.035),previous stroke or TIA(Transient ischemic attack)(47.06%:19.05%,P=0.001)、systolic blood pressure before thrombolysis(148.78±19.39:140.39±18.28,P=0.049).There was no significant difference inefficacy(47.06%:57.82%,P=0.255)and intracranial hemorrhage(26.47%:18.37%,P=0.286)and symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage(17.65%:10.88%,P=0.277) andmortality rate(8.82%:4.76%,P=0.350) between the two groups. Conclusion:The prior use of AP drugs did not affect on therapy and increase the riskof symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage. The prior use of AP drugs patients withacute ischemic stroke receive therapy is safe and effective.
