Objective To comparative analysis the related indicators difference betweenlaparoscopic and open hysterectomy patients in the perioperative period andpostoperative recovery.Method Retrospective analysis the open surgery totalhysterectomized patients89and the laparoscopic total hysterectomized patients48from January2010to February2013in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology.Thenthe operating time,amount of bleeding,postoperative exhaust time, postoperativehospital stay, postoperative morbidity and postoperative complication were comparedbetween the two differences.These two groups of patients were followed up at thesame time.Use the colloidal gold strips to test FSH hormone levels after surgery,menopausal symptoms, and joined the outpatient non-surgical patients as a controlgroup for comparison.Results The amount of bleeding,operating time,postoperativeexhaust time and postoperative hospital stay were lower than that of openg roup,andthe difference was significant.FSH of the two surgical groups was significantly higherthan that of the control group without surgical,while no significant difference betweenthe laparoscopic group and the open one.Conclusions Laparoscopic totalhysterectomy are superior to open surgery total hysterectomy in manyways.Hysterectomy itself will have an impact on ovarian function.Laparoscopic andopen does not have significant difference on ovarian function.As technologyadvanced, laparoscopic total hysterectomy and open total hysterectomy will tend to bethe same in surgical indications even more alternative to open surgery.
